Shower Amnesia

Do you ever suffer from "shower amnesia"? It's a condition that afflicts me all the time. I'm in the shower and I know what I have to do; shampoo my hair, soap up body, and wash my face. It's important that no step is missed. But almost every time after I'm done lathering up my body, I question whether I had remembered to shampoo my hair. For the life of me I can't remember if I did it. So I shampoo again for good measure. There's no telling how much shampoo I've wasted because of this terrible disorder.
